DETAILS	The Rolling of Aluminium is a very sensitive process as timing of the processes is very critical to the quality of the End Product. Downtimes are required to be kept at a minimum and online maintenance practices has to be streamlined.

LOCATION	Hindalco Industries Limited, FRP Plant, Project Bluefox
APPLICATION DETAILS	Line length: 800 Meters (2 Lines), Bolt Sizes : M8 – M30 (Mix of Bolts)
PRESENT SOLUTION	Customer is loosening and tightening the Bolts manually
CHALLENGES	Downtime is extremely expensive to the Customer. Maintenance needs to be swift to ensure immediate resumption on line after breakdown.
SOLUTION	We have suggested the Customer use of array of Tools including. We have made Demonstration of the Tool to the Customer. To help workers develop comfort with pneumatic Impact Wrench we are providing workshops.
