DETAILS	The Roding Shop in the Carbon Area is responsible for cleaning the bath material from the used anode so that it can be send to the anode cleaning station for further processing. Poor removal of Bath leads to poor recovery of carbon material leading to loss in production.

SOLUTION	We have suggested use of combination of two tools for bath cleaning. The Upper surface is being cleaned with the use of CP 7550 A with special crimped wire brush attachment and the tymble area is being cleaned with CP 7125 needle scalar. With 2mm needle attachment.
CHALLENGES	The manual cleaning is slowing down the conveyer and is not effectively removing the bath material. Impurities like bath in the spend anode are leading to quality issues in production
SOLUTION	We have suggested the Customer use of array of Tools including. We have made Demonstration of the Tool to the Customer. To help workers develop comfort with pneumatic Impact Wrench we are providing workshops.
