A New Brand Is Born
Sambeet Tools & Equipments is established — expanding scope from trading to technical solutions for the region's growing industrial base, and laying groundwork for direct OEM relationships.
2012
Digital Facelift
Major IT integration transforms customer service operations. A second wave of capability building — inventory systems, technical documentation, customer database — positions the company for the next decade of growth.
2018
Corporate Incorporation
The business incorporates as Sambeet Equipments Pvt. Ltd. — a structural transformation enabling larger project commitments, formal contracting with Tier-1 industrial customers, and access to project finance.
2020
U3S Engitech Is Born
Rebranded under U3S Engitech Private Limited. A dedicated state-of-art manufacturing facility, laboratory, and training centre are commissioned — transforming the company from a distributor into an integrated systems builder. Team strength: 146 members.
2022
Parker HTC — Partners in Progress
Designated as Parker Hannifin's first dedicated Hydraulic Technology Center (System House) in the region. A landmark recognition of technical capability and manufacturing standards — granting access to Parker's complete hydraulics portfolio with full OEM warranty pass-through.
2025
100+ Systems Delivered
Over 100+ major hydraulic power systems delivered to India's leading steel, aluminium, paper, and OEM customers within three years — including Tata Steel, NALCO, Hindalco, Jindal Steel, SAIL, JK Paper, and global OEMs ThyssenKrupp, Metso:Outotec, and Primetals.
