Mr. Upendra Singh

The founding force behind U3S's four-decade legacy. Upendra Singh built the company from a regional trading house in 1984 into a full-service engineering partner serving India's largest industrial conglomerates. His deep relationships with both plant-level and board-level stakeholders across the steel, aluminium, and mining sectors remain the company's strongest competitive asset. He continues to personally lead all major customer engagements and chairs the company's investment and risk decisions.

Mr. Sandeep Singh

Managing Director. Founder

Sandeep Singh drives U3S's technical evolution and service capabilities. With a focus on systematizing engineering processes and expanding the company's digital and condition-monitoring capabilities, he leads the RCM services initiative and oversees the manufacturing facility's continuous improvement programme. He is responsible for the company's marketing function, brand positioning, and digital presence — and personally directs the technical content and applications engineering output that customers rely on.
