Technical Screening

Shortlisted candidates attend a 30-minute technical discussion — either in person at Cuttack or by video call. We assess technical depth, problem-solving approach and attitude.

Final Interview

A conversation with the relevant department head and, for senior roles, the Managing Director. We believe in short decision cycles — you will hear from us within five working days.

Offer & Onboarding

Offer letter within two working days of final interview. Onboarding starts with a 30-day induction covering our product range, key customers and internal processes.

PROFILE WE VALUE

  • Engineering degree or diploma (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation)
  • Genuine interest in industrial machinery — not just the job title
  • Comfortable working on plant floors, in field conditions and in front of customers
  • Structured problem-solver — can read a schematic and think through root cause
  • Ownership mindset — follows through without being chased
  • Ready to travel within the region (for field and sales roles)
