Our manufacturing facility in Cuttack is where the hydraulic power units, cylinders, manifolds and custom assemblies we sell are actually built. The design engineering, procurement, machining, assembly, pressure-testing and factory acceptance testing all happen under one roof — not distributed across subcontractors and assembled at the end.
This is not the typical trading-company model. Controlling the manufacturing process means controlling quality, delivery dates, documentation and cost. When a customer's HPU has a problem, the engineer who designed it and the technician who built it are in the same building — and the correction happens in hours, not weeks.

THE MANUFACTURING PROCESS
Application Engineering
System sizing from customer duty data. P&ID, schematic, BOM, layout drawing.
Procurement
Parker, SKF, Lincoln — OEM-traceable components ordered against the BOM. No substitution without approval.
Fabrication
Tank fabrication, pipe bending, manifold block CNC machining, cylinder barrel turning and honing.
Assembly
Component assembly in a controlled-cleanliness area. Pre-flush before final assembly. OEM torque specifications.
Pre-FAT Flush
System flushing to ISO 4406 target cleanliness. Oil analysis before FAT sign-off.
FAT
Witnessed factory acceptance test per customer test protocol. Full pressure cycle, function verification, noise measurement.
Documentation & Despatch
Test report, P&ID as-built, wiring diagram, O&M manual, spare-parts list. Packed and despatched.
WHAT WE MANUFACTURE
HYDRAULIC POWER UNITS
Standard and custom HPUs. Reservoirs from 100 to 3,000 litres. Motor ratings 3.7 to 400 kW. Single and multi-pump configurations. Duplex systems with automatic changeover. ATEX-rated available.
HYDRAULIC CYLINDERS
Tie-rod, mill-type (welded), telescopic, plunger and special-duty cylinders. Bore 40–500 mm, stroke to 5,000 mm, working pressure to 420 bar. Hard-chrome, nickel-PTFE and ceramic-coated rod options.
HYDRAULIC MANIFOLDS
Custom designed, CNC-machined hydraulic manifold blocks in EN-GJS-400, carbon steel and aluminium. Designed in Parker CAD software. Pressure tested to 1.5× rated. Full dimensional inspection report.
VALVE STANDS & SKIDS
Hydraulic valve stands, accumulator stations, filter stations and instrumentation skids. Designed for site-integration with customer plant hydraulic circuits.
HOSE ASSEMBLIES
Parker hydraulic hose assemblies made to specification. Swaged, pressure tested to 2× working pressure. Wire braid 100–400 bar, spiral hose 250–700 bar. Cut length, hose type, end fittings — all specified to order.
CYLINDER REPAIR & REBUILD
In-house cylinder repair: disassembly, honing or re-plating of rod, replacement of all seals with OEM-grade material, pressure test and dimensional report. Turnaround for critical spares: 72 hours.

CNC machining, fabrication, assembly bays, cleanliness-controlled HPU build area and pressure-test facility.
