Lubrication Systems
Automatic lubrication systems from SKF and Lincoln — design, supply, installation, retrofit, and maintenance. Five system topologies covering every industrial lubrication requirement.
The Cost of Manual Lubrication
Manual greasing remains the single largest contributor to bearing failure across Indian heavy industry. Inconsistent intervals, incorrect quantities, contaminated lubricant, and missed lube points together account for the majority of premature rotating-equipment failures.
Automatic centralised lubrication eliminates each of these failure modes — delivering metered lubricant to every point on a guaranteed schedule, in monitored quantities, from a sealed reservoir.
What U3S Delivers
As an authorized distributor of SKF and Lincoln (SKF Group) lubrication products, U3S Engitech offers complete capability — system design from P&ID through component selection, on-site installation, commissioning, and long-term maintenance.
We retrofit existing manual-greasing operations to centralised systems, and we maintain installed systems through scheduled service contracts.
Five System Types
System selection driven by number of lube points, point spread, lubricant type, duty cycle, and reliability requirement. Our applications team specifies the correct topology for each application.
Single-Line Systems
Central pump, single feed line, metered injectors at each lube point. Cost-effective for smaller systems — mobile equipment, conveyors, fans, machine tools.
Dual-Line Systems
Two main feed lines with reversing pressure cycle. Robust for large machines and long line lengths — common in steel mills, paper machines, mining drives.
Progressive Systems
Sequential positive-displacement metering. Each cycle confirmed by visible pin movement. Suited to presses, machine tools, and any application where confirmation is critical.
Multi-Line Direct
Direct pump-to-bearing line for each point. Highest reliability — used where any single-point failure would be unacceptable.
Oil Circulation Systems
Continuous oil feed with return and filtration. Standard for gearboxes, spindles, and high-speed bearings requiring both lubrication and cooling.
Spray Lubrication
Compressed-air-assisted spray — for open gears, chains, and conveyor pin/bushing applications where contact-method lubrication isn't viable.
