The quality of maintenance execution determines the life of the equipment. An SKF bearing incorrectly mounted with wrong interference, wrong lubrication or misaligned coupling will fail in a fraction of its design life. A hydraulic cylinder re-sealed with the wrong seal kit at the wrong torque will leak within weeks.

BEARING MAINTENANCE TOOLS
SKF TMFT, TMFT series (mechanical), SKF Oil Injection sets (hydraulic), SKF induction heaters (TIH, TMBH series) for heating bearings prior to installation. Correct installation prevents 16% of early bearing failures.
SHAFT ALIGNMENT SYSTEMS
SKF laser alignment (TKSA 41, TKSA 51, TKSA 71, TKSA 81) — wireless, advanced geometric tolerancing, soft-foot detection, coupling measurement. Used on every U3S installation and retrofit.
VIBRATION ANALYSIS INSTRUMENTS
SKF Microlog Analyzer GX Series, CMXA 80, MARLIN data collector — route-based vibration measurement with onboard FFT analysis, spectrum and waveform displays. For field condition monitoring rounds.
HYDRAULIC SEAL KITS
Parker genuine seal kits for cylinders, piston pumps, motors and control valves. PU, NBR, FKM, PTFE compound kits. Correct material for fluid type and temperature range. OEM-traceable part numbers.
HOSE ASSEMBLIES
Parker hose assemblies made-to-order in our Cuttack facility — correct hose, correct fittings, swaged and pressure-tested. Wire braid, spiral and thermoplastic constructions. 100–700 bar working pressure.
FLUID ANALYSIS EQUIPMENT
Parker iCount portable particle counters, oil sampling bottles, contamination analysis kits. Enables on-site ISO 4406 measurement and oil condition assessment without laboratory turnaround time.
