U3S Engitech operates a rental fleet specifically for these situations. Equipment is calibrated, ready-to-mobilise, and supplied with operator support if needed. Day, week, and monthly rental rates are available.

Rental Fleet
Standby HPUs
Standard duty hydraulic power units in 5-75 kW range, 100-500 litre tanks, up to 250 bar. Trailer-mounted or skid-mounted configurations.
Hot-Oil Flushing Skids
Dedicated flushing units with high-velocity pumps, 3-micron offline filtration, and oil heating — for cleaning new or refurbished pipework to ISO 4406 targets.
High-Pressure Test Pumps
Hand and air-driven hydrostatic test pumps for pressure testing valves, cylinders, and pipe-work assemblies up to 700 bar.
Condition Monitoring Kits
SKF Microlog vibration analyser, FLUKE thermal imager, SDT 340 ultrasound, oil contamination kit — available for short-term plant surveys.
Hydraulic Dataloggers
Parker Hannifin SensoControl multi-channel dataloggers for hydraulic circuit recording — pressure, flow, temperature, time-synchronised.
Hose & Fitting Tools
Hose crimping tools and hose stock for emergency hose replacement — onsite hose-making capability available with operator.
How Rental Works
Pricing
Day, week, and monthly rates. Mobilisation and demobilisation charged separately. Operator and support engineer optional.
Calibration
All instruments rented with current calibration certificates. Instruments are recalibrated after each rental return.
Support
Operator training at handover. Telephone support during rental. On-site engineer available on hourly basis if requested.
