Training Centre

Customer training is part of every major project. Our dedicated training facility runs operator and maintenance programmes — using both U3S-developed curricula and Parker/SKF official content.

Operator Training

Hands-on training for plant operators on supplied HPU, valve stand, and panel systems — including startup, shutdown, alarm response, and routine checks.

Maintenance Training

Maintenance engineer programmes on Parker hydraulics, SKF bearings, and Lincoln lubrication systems. Theory plus shop-floor practice on real units.

Condition Monitoring Training

RCM-focused training in vibration analysis basics, oil sampling protocols, and thermal-imaging interpretation — built on the SKF reliability framework.
