Industrial Heating
Complete industrial heating solutions from 0°C to 2,000°C — Kanthal resistance alloys, furnace elements, and integrated heating systems for steel, aluminium, ceramic, glass, and chemical-process industries.
The Global Standard in Industrial Heating
Kanthal — part of Sweden's Sandvik Group — has been the international reference for resistance-heating technology for nearly a century. Kanthal's iron-chromium-aluminium (FeCrAl) alloys remain the highest-performing materials available for high-temperature electric heating, with operating capabilities up to 1,400°C in element form.
U3S Engitech is an authorized Kanthal channel partner — supplying alloys, prefabricated elements, and complete furnace heating systems to industrial customers across Eastern India.
Operating Range
0°C → 2,000°C
From low-temperature process heating through high-temperature furnace operation. Element selection matched precisely to customer process requirement.
Kanthal Resistance Alloys
Three principal FeCrAl grades cover the bulk of industrial heating applications. Selection driven by maximum element temperature, atmospheric conditions, and required service life.
Kanthal A-1
FeCrAl alloy. Maximum element temperature 1,400°C. The reference grade for high-temperature furnace applications — long service life, superior oxidation resistance.
Kanthal D
FeCrAl alloy. Maximum element temperature 1,300°C. General-purpose industrial heating — heat treatment, annealing, drying applications.
Kanthal AF
Advanced FeCrAl with improved hot strength. Maximum 1,300°C with extended service in cyclic-temperature applications.
