U3S Engitech designs and manufactures Hydraulic Power Units at our 2,200 sq m facility in Cuttack, Odisha. As Parker Hannifin's authorized Hydraulic Technology Center, all manufactured systems use genuine Parker components and carry full OEM warranty pass-through.
Sixty-plus complete HPU systems have been delivered to steel, aluminium, mining, and OEM customers since 2022 — covering applications from 30 kW lime-kiln drives to 200 kW furnace-tilting systems.
Our manufacturing protocol is documented, repeatable, and Parker-audited. Every system is functionally tested before dispatch, with a full test report packaged in the delivery documentation.

A documented, Parker-audited process that every system follows — from initial application engineering through dispatch and site commissioning.
Customer requirement converted to detailed P&ID and component list. Design review with customer engineering before procurement.
Genuine Parker components plus approved-make-list ancillaries (motors, instruments, panels). Full traceability records maintained.
Reservoir fabrication with internal baffles, sight gauges, breather assemblies, and access ports. Surface preparation per industrial paint specification.
Pump-motor mounting, manifold integration, suction/return piping, and pressure-line assembly per Parker workmanship standards.
Control panel mounting and wiring — DOL/Star-Delta/VFD or PLC-based as specified. Pre-tested before HPU integration.
Full functional test at rated pressure and flow. Every safety device verified. Fluid cleanliness measurement to specified ISO 4406 class.
Final paint to customer/Parker specification. Nameplate, lifting points, documentation pack — drawings, test reports, OEM certificates.
Factory Acceptance Test witnessed by customer engineer. Sign-off before dispatch — standard for major project deliveries.
Coordinated delivery to site. On-site installation supervision and commissioning by U3S service engineers, with handover training included.
