U3S Engitech designs and manufactures Hydraulic Power Units at our 2,200 sq m facility in Cuttack, Odisha. As Parker Hannifin's authorized Hydraulic Technology Center, all manufactured systems use genuine Parker components and carry full OEM warranty pass-through.

Sixty-plus complete HPU systems have been delivered to steel, aluminium, mining, and OEM customers since 2022 — covering applications from 30 kW lime-kiln drives to 200 kW furnace-tilting systems.

Our manufacturing protocol is documented, repeatable, and Parker-audited. Every system is functionally tested before dispatch, with a full test report packaged in the delivery documentation.

Standard HPUs

5 to 200 kW. 100 to 5,000 LPM. Up to 420 bar. Configured from a standardised platform — quick lead time, proven design.

Custom HPUs

Designed to customer P&ID. Any specification. Full applications engineering support from concept to commissioning.

HPU with Valve Stand

Pre-piped manifold and valve assembly mounted on or adjacent to HPU — ready to connect to actuators on arrival.

HPU with Electrical Panel

Integrated MCC — relay-based or PLC-based control. Single-package electrical + hydraulic delivery.

HPU with Full Automation

PLC + HMI + Industry 4.0 connectivity. Remote monitoring, condition data export, fault logging.

Accumulator Banks

Bladder or piston accumulator banks — standalone or HPU-integrated. For energy storage, pulsation damping, emergency function backup.

How We Build

The 9-Step Manufacturing Process

A documented, Parker-audited process that every system follows — from initial application engineering through dispatch and site commissioning.

Application Engineering & P&ID Development

Customer requirement converted to detailed P&ID and component list. Design review with customer engineering before procurement.

Component Procurement

Genuine Parker components plus approved-make-list ancillaries (motors, instruments, panels). Full traceability records maintained.

Tank Fabrication & Machining

Reservoir fabrication with internal baffles, sight gauges, breather assemblies, and access ports. Surface preparation per industrial paint specification.

Assembly & Piping

Pump-motor mounting, manifold integration, suction/return piping, and pressure-line assembly per Parker workmanship standards.

Electrical Panel Integration

Control panel mounting and wiring — DOL/Star-Delta/VFD or PLC-based as specified. Pre-tested before HPU integration.

Testing & Commissioning Checks

Full functional test at rated pressure and flow. Every safety device verified. Fluid cleanliness measurement to specified ISO 4406 class.

Painting, Nameplating, Documentation

Final paint to customer/Parker specification. Nameplate, lifting points, documentation pack — drawings, test reports, OEM certificates.

Customer FAT (Optional)

Factory Acceptance Test witnessed by customer engineer. Sign-off before dispatch — standard for major project deliveries.

Dispatch & Site Installation

Coordinated delivery to site. On-site installation supervision and commissioning by U3S service engineers, with handover training included.
