An unscheduled hydraulic failure in a rolling mill or a pot-line cylinder costs more in lost production for one shift than a year of structured maintenance. Our AMC offering exists to make that math obvious — and then to deliver against it.
Each AMC is built around the actual asset list, criticality ranking, and current condition of the customer's plant. We do not sell standard packages. We propose a contract scope and price after a free pre-contract survey, so the customer pays for work that genuinely supports their reliability targets.
What an AMC Includes
- Scheduled preventive maintenance visits — frequency defined per asset
- Predictive condition monitoring rounds (vibration, thermal, oil)
- Periodic fluid sampling and contamination trending
- Corrective response with defined call-out SLAs
- Critical spares stocking at our Cuttack warehouse

Preventive AMC
Scope: Scheduled visits at defined intervals. Routine checks, fluid sampling, valve and pressure setting verification, filter replacement.
Best for: Customers with internal corrective capability who want structured preventive coverage.
Comprehensive AMC
Scope: Preventive scope + corrective response within SLA + condition monitoring rounds + critical spares stocking.
Best for: Plants where the on-site maintenance team needs vendor backstop for hydraulic-specific work.
Full Outsource AMC
Scope: Comprehensive scope + dedicated resident engineer + all parts included + 24/7 hot-line.
Best for: Critical assets where downtime cost justifies the highest service tier.
