Training Services
Capability-building programmes for operator, maintenance, and engineering teams — delivered at our Cuttack training centre or on your site, by trainers certified by Parker Hannifin and SKF.
Equipment Reliability Begins with Operator Knowledge
A correctly designed and installed hydraulic system fails early when the people running it do not understand it. Modern hydraulics — especially proportional and servo systems — demand operator and maintenance teams who can read a schematic, recognise abnormal symptoms, and respond systematically rather than by trial-and-error.
Our training programmes are built around the equipment your team actually runs. We use real components, real schematics from your plant where possible, and real fault scenarios from our 40 years of field experience. Every course closes with an assessment and a U3S Engitech certificate.
Where Training Is Delivered
- U3S Engitech Training Centre, Cuttack — fully equipped classroom and live hydraulic training rig
- Customer site — at your plant, on your equipment
- Hybrid — classroom theory followed by site walk-down on customer assets
- Customised programmes built to plant-specific equipment list and skill gaps

HPU Operator Training
Duration: 1 day
Audience: HPU operators, shift technicians
HPU controls, normal operating parameters, abnormal indications, emergency shutdown procedures, daily and weekly checks.
Customised Programmes
Standard courses cover the principles. Most customers ask us to build a programme around their specific equipment.
A customised programme starts with a skills audit — we walk the plant, review the equipment list, and interview the maintenance leadership to understand current capability and gaps. We then propose a targeted curriculum, deliver it in modules over a defined window, and provide a closing assessment report identifying which team members are ready for which level of work.
Programme Structure
- Pre-training skills audit
- Curriculum proposal with module breakdown
- Modular delivery — typically 1-2 days per month
- Equipment-specific case studies
- Pre and post assessments
- Final report on team capability
- U3S Engitech certificates of completion
